Carwash Plus

Every time I drive into town from Florida this is my first stop! 2 thousand miles worth of bugs and grimes erased! They always take such good care of me and I am guaranteed to leave with a fresh polish! They even get all of the Starbase sand out before I head back home! (Sand is brutal in Tesla carpets). Thank you guys ! ☺️🚀😇

⚠️ Attention Customers ⚠️ I’ve been coming to this car wash for over 10 years, and I even worked here in the past, so it’s disappointing to write this review. I paid for a $13 wash, but they tried to charge me for the $15 wash instead. When they told me my vehicle was ready, I noticed they completely missed the tire dressing. After I pointed it out, they claimed it was done, even though it clearly wasn’t. I then had to remind them that the vehicle hadn’t even been towel-dried yet, and the employee responded with, “Oh yeah, I forgot.” The quality of service has really gone downhill. As a long-time customer, I expected much better attention to detail and customer service. If management truly cares about its reputation, I hope they make this right and provide the level of service customers are paying for. Very disappointed with this experience.

Don’t take your tesla, got mine washed today at this location cleaning was mid you can see the pictures where they missed the most obvious place. They broke the door on my charging port and if it wasn’t for me needing to charge today i wouldn’t have found out it happened there. I gave them a 20 dollar tip 😏 because i didn’t know all this was like that.

On New years EVe I Drove in from Florida with 1,500 miles of road grime and bugs caked on my Tesla, so I went with the full interior and wash. As the owner of a mobile detailing business back home, I know exactly what to look for in a quality job and this place delivered. I'm genuinely particular about detailing work. I Had a great conversation with the owner while I waited; kind, welcoming, and seriously knowledgeable about the craft. You can tell he cares. I was in Brownsville visiting Starbase and stopping here was a highlight. Even the lobby atmosphere is worth the visit. Highly recommend.

Staff was super friendly but the services itself was horrible. I asked for a carpet shampoo/ car detail inside and outside and I did not get that. After inspection the back row was not even cleaned (Vacuumed/shampooed) the windows on the passenger side were not even wiped down. Mind you I took my car to wash the day before at a drive thru car wash and I vacuumed it a bit. So I really expected them to concentrate on washing my carpets and they did not do that. I did call and they did ask me to take it back which I did but I was still disappointed with the end results. The bad thing is that it was my first time there and I will definitely NOT return.
